It has been a strange year. Where I started Adejemania on the first of march I had no idea what was coming.

Within a fortnight we were locked down and the world was looking different. We could only go shopping for food and not much else. For me this ws a good time to think and plan what I wanted to do with the business.

Having access to bank repossessed properties brings a different slant to the business but it has kept me busy in the months that there were no tourists here.

As nations look to distribute the different vaccines we can hope we are going to start toget back to the way things were before.

As with every crisis house prices are affected and we are seeing a slight downward trend in prices. This may or may not stabilise and it is interesting going into 2021 to see what happens.
